For reception, dial '0'. Room to Room calls dial the room number. For external calls, dial 8; external calls are charged at the local or international rates, including mobile phones to the UK.
We welcome well-behaved dogs to stay in our dog-friendly rooms. Dogs are allowed in the Tea Lounge and Bubble Lounge. So, if you want to have dinner with your dog, we can arrange a table reservation for you and your pooch. Request a “Doggie Welcome Pack” full of walk ideas, pet-friendly restaurants and cafés, and a handy beach guide. We request a supplement for each dog; this information is available from our reception team.
Rooms will be ready for your arrival by 3:00 pm, and departure is 11:00 am. Should you wish to stay past 11:00 am, we ask that you contact a member of reception by dialling 0. They will try to accommodate your request; however, there may be a small charge. You can leave your luggage with us once you have checked out of your room and come and collect it later.
The car park is guaranteed until 12:00 pm on the day of departure. If you wish to extend your stay, please contact reception.
Breakfast is served daily from 8:00 to 10:00 am. Please note that the busiest time is from 8:30 am - 9:30 am.
Any damage to hotel property, furnishings, fittings, or equipment you cause will be charged to you to remedy any damage. Please see our terms and conditions.
This is a non-smoking hotel, which includes all public areas and bedrooms. Smoking in your bedroom will lead to a cleaning charge of £200.
Please contact reception if you have lost any of your belongings. Should you leave any of your belongings behind when you leave us, we will log it and hold it for safekeeping.
Please note that at this time, your room will only be serviced per your request. This can be booked with reception or by leaving the sign outside your door before 11:00 am. Please contact reception if you require new towels, linen or bath mats.
Call reception (dial '0'), give us your food order, and we will deliver it within 20 minutes. There is a £5 service charge for room service. If you plan to have something cooked before 8:00 am, place your order with our reception by 11:00 pm the night before. If you would like to enquire about specific items on the menus or have dietary requirements, please speak to our team upon ordering.

In an emergency, we are here to help. For medical assistance, please call “0” for reception to speak to a member of our team or dial “8” followed by “111” for the NHS non-emergency helpline. Dial “8” then “999” for the Emergency Services.
If you discover a fire, activate the alarm at the nearest point. It is essential that you read and understand the fire safety instructions on the back of your room door and familiarise yourself with the emergency exits. The assembly point is marked at the rear of the hotel car park.
The hotel conducts a weekly fire alarm test every Friday at 11:00 am. The Siren will sound for 10 seconds, so there is no need to evacuate the building. Should the above be sounded for more than 10 seconds, please follow the normal fire evacuation procedures on the back of your door.
