Job Summary
Hotel Collingwood is recruiting for an enthusiastic and passionate Assistant Manager to join our dedicated team to continue to grow and develop the hotel and its food and beverage operations.
Duties & responsibilities
- Deliver the highest standard of service to each and every guest
- Motivation and inspiration of the team
- Support the day to day operation of every department; reception restaurant and bar
- Develop a strong knowledge of our service style, standards and aims
Skills/Experience required
- Previous experience in a management position is required
- A desire to learn, develop and progress with a dynamic and growing business
The ideal candidate will have experience working within a fast-paced hospitality environment, a friendly and enthusiastic disposition, good communication skills and a desire to progress.
