Why not combine the Botanical suite with the board room and you can host almost 190 people in comfort – right in the town centre.  Alternatively, if you are meeting with just 6 people, we can cater for this too, along with stationery, audio/visual equipment, unlimited chilled water and a fantastic range of refreshments.

If you are taking advantage of our 24 Delegate Package, your guests will have unlimited use of the spa facilities (including indoor pool, Jacuzzi, sauna and steam room), a wonderful bedroom in which to relax, a three course dinner and a reviving full English breakfast in the morning.  Delegates can park for free all day, taking any stresses or strains out of your conference or meeting (and no running off to feed the meter mid way through your event!)

Taking your team away from the office for an overnight event is a fantastic way to motivate staff and build new relationships. Conference Rooms

We are very proud of our conference facilities, both of which are presented in immaculate condition – an ideal partner for your own company’s image and branding.

The Botanical Suite – situated in a bright and airy location in the building with air conditioning.  This room can cater for 30 to 150 people and provides fast Wi-Fi. It also makes a perfect exhibition or event space with plenty of room to cater for even the most bespoke of requirements.

The Board Room – A perfect space for interviews or more intimate meetings with room for up to 36 people, ideal for training sessions and with fast, complimentary Wi-Fi.
